Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. In general, you can expect the following timelines:
Canada 5-10 business days
U.S. 5–10 business days
International 7–60 business days

International Shipping
We currently ship to a wide range of countries. You can view available shipping destinations during checkout or by checking the list of supported languages on our site.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at asftwband@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking information is only provided for shipping options that include tracking. If you select a tracked service at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you choose a shipping option without tracking, no tracking number will be provided.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at asftwband@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
If your order is lost or has not arrived within 21 days of the estimated delivery date, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping Address Issues
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
